Leave your details and we ring you back, usually the same day. A short call is all it takes to work out which appointment you actually need, rather than guessing from a form.

Ellie is a qualified dental nurse and your dedicated treatment coordinator, and she is the person who will call you back. She has had treatment with him herself, so if you want to ask what it is actually like, ask her.
She will not diagnose anything or push you towards a treatment. That is not her job and it is not how this works.
Most people start with the consultation. If you already know what you want, go straight to the assessment with Cameron. Either fee comes off your treatment.
Cosmetic consultation
£20
Fifteen minutes with treatment coordinator Ellie. You talk through your options, she takes photographs, and for composite bonding you get a mock-up so you can see the idea before you commit to anything.
Your options in plain words, with prices
Photographs and a bonding mock-up
Any question that is not clinical, answered
Credited against your treatment
Ellie does not diagnose, confirm suitability or recommend a treatment. That is Cameron’s job.
Clinical assessment
£150
A full appointment with Cameron, and the point at which anything can actually be recommended. You leave with a plan he has designed himself, not a template.
Full photographic series and intra-oral x-rays
An OPG scan and a full clinical examination
Intra-oral scan with the iTero, so no putty impressions
Oral cancer screening
Credited against your treatment
There is no online diary here on purpose. Booking a cosmetic appointment without speaking to anyone first usually means booking the wrong one, so a person rings you instead and you work it out between you.

Ellie gets in touch
A short, friendly conversation about what you want to change, and which of the two appointments actually fits.
You come in
Longer appointments than you are probably used to, because nobody makes a good decision while being rushed.
You decide, in your own time
Your plan goes home with you. No chasing, no pressure, and a smaller plan if a smaller plan is the right one.
If yours is not here, ask treatment coordinator Ellie when she rings, or call us. Nobody minds.
Ellie, Cameron's treatment coordinator. She is a qualified dental nurse rather than a salesperson, and she has had treatment with Cameron herself, so if you want to know what it is actually like from the chair rather than from a website, ask her. She will not diagnose anything or tell you what you need. That is Cameron's job and she will pass clinical questions straight to him. If you would rather call her, the practice number is 01952 505120, just ask for Ellie, or you can reach her directly on 07440 562031.
No, and the way this is set up makes it difficult to be. Your plan goes home with you, nobody rings to chase it, and Cameron regularly talks people into a smaller plan than the one they asked about, usually by pointing out that straightening first means far less needs adding at the end. He provides the alignment and the restorative work, so he has no reason to steer you towards the bigger version.
No, and you would not be the first to ask. A good number of Cameron's patients arrive having not seen a dentist in years, and most of them come because somebody who felt exactly the same way told them to go and see Cam. He talks to patients the way he would talk to a friend, and whatever you tell him, he has heard it before.
No, and most of his cosmetic patients do not. Keep your own dentist for check-ups and routine care, and come to Cameron for the cosmetic work. Nobody will ask you to move practice, and you will not be treated differently for staying put.
Then you are in the majority, and it is the reason there is no online diary to pick from. Ellie will ask what you would change if you could change one thing, which is a far more useful starting point than a treatment name you found on Instagram. Between you, you work out which appointment fits before anything is booked.
Yes, if you already know roughly what you want. Tell Ellie when she rings and she will put you straight in for the clinical assessment with Cameron. Most people prefer to start with the consultation because it is shorter, cheaper and answers a lot of questions, but neither route is compulsory.
A full appointment with Cameron, and the point at which anything can properly be recommended. A full photographic series, intra-oral x-rays, an OPG scan, a complete clinical examination including your bite, oral cancer screening, and an intra-oral scan with the iTero rather than a tray of impression material. You leave with a written treatment plan Cameron has designed himself, and the £150 comes off your treatment, should you decide to go ahead.
The cosmetic consultation with Ellie is £20 and the clinical assessment with Cameron is £150. Both are credited against your treatment if you go ahead. The fee exists so appointments go to people who want them, which is also why they can run as long as they need to.
No. The form asks for three things, your name, your number and your email. No card details and no medical history. Payment only comes up once Ellie has rung you and you have both agreed which consultation would be best for you.
Yes, through Chrysalis, subject to status and approval. Interest-free terms run over twelve months or less, and longer terms are available with interest. Ellie can talk you through the options, and the monthly figure sits next to the total in your written plan so you can see both before deciding anything.
Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5, and Saturday 8 to 3. Tell Ellie when suits you and she will work around it rather than offering you the first gap in a diary.
