Every piece of cosmetic work Cameron does carries a twelve month warranty as standard. The plan extends that to five years, because he did not want anyone stuck in month thirteen with nowhere to go.
Most cosmetic dentistry comes with a twelve month warranty. Nothing about a tooth changes on the anniversary of the appointment, and if an edge is going to chip it does not check the date first. What twelve months really reflects is how long most practices are willing to stand behind their own work.
Cameron’s view was that if he genuinely believes in how the work is planned and made, twelve months is a strange place to stop. So the standard warranty stays, and the plan extends it to five years for a monthly fee. It is a statement about his confidence in his own dentistry as much as it is a product, and it is the reason it exists at all.
Twelve months as standard
Included with all cosmetic work, at no cost, whether or not you take the plan.
Extended to five years
For a monthly fee, cover continues for a further four years beyond the standard period.
Cameron looks after his own work
The same clinician who planned and carried out the treatment is the one who sees you if something needs attention.
It applies to cosmetic treatment
Composite bonding, porcelain veneers, prep-less veneers and other cosmetic restorative work carried out by Cameron as part of an agreed treatment plan.
The twelve month warranty is included with all cosmetic work at no cost, whether or not you take the plan. It starts from the date your treatment is completed.
Request a consultationThe extended warranty continues the cover for a further four years, taking it to five in total, for £25 a month.
During the warranty period, your treatment may be repaired or replaced after a clinical examination, where the problem is down to one of the following.
Whether something is repaired or replaced is Cameron’s clinical decision, made after he has looked at it properly. Every case is assessed individually.
The warranty does not cover damage, failure or loss caused by things outside normal use or outside Cameron’s control.
A warranty on cosmetic work is a shared commitment rather than an insurance policy, so there are a small number of conditions attached to it. They are not designed to catch you out, they are the things that genuinely determine whether the work lasts.
To keep the standard twelve month warranty valid, you need to:
Attend routine dental examinations and hygiene appointments as advised
Keep a good standard of oral hygiene
Follow the aftercare instructions you are given
Wear any protective appliance that has been recommended, such as a nightguard
Tell Cameron promptly if anything goes wrong with the work, rather than waiting to see whether it settles
£25 a month
The five year cover carries the same conditions, plus these.
Keep up the monthly payments of £25
Attend all recommended review, examination and hygiene appointments
Follow all aftercare and maintenance advice
Wear a prescribed nightguard where you have been advised to
Do not have the work altered or repaired anywhere else
If the monthly payments stop, or the required appointments are not attended, the extended warranty may become invalid.
Ring the practice
Call 01952 505120 and ask for Ellie, or reach her directly on 07440 562031. Do not wait to see whether it settles. A small chip caught early is usually a repair. Left alone it often is not.
Cameron looks at it
The person who planned and made the work is the person who assesses it, which means no explaining your history to somebody new.
Repair or replace
Whichever is clinically right for the case, within the terms of your cover.
And the reason gets addressed
If something failed because of grinding or a bite issue, that gets dealt with as well, or the same thing happens again.
Worth being clear about. The plan is a warranty on Cameron’s own work, provided by him, and it covers that work only. It is not a dental insurance policy, it does not cover treatment carried out anywhere else, and it does not cover routine or general dental care.
If you are looking for cover for routine examinations and hygiene appointments, that is a different thing entirely and treatment coordinator Ellie can point you in the right direction.
The warranty is one of three things that decide whether cosmetic work lasts, and it is the least important of them. The first is how the case is planned, which is why straightening comes before shaping and why the shade is settled before anything permanent is made. The second is protecting the result afterwards, usually with a nightguard if you grind your teeth. The warranty is what catches the rest.

Cameron is a cosmetic and restorative dentist in Telford. He holds a postgraduate diploma in cosmetic and restorative dentistry and a diploma in minimally invasive dentistry, and Totally Composite, one of the UK’s most respected bonding courses, asked him to be a clinical tutor teaching the technique to other dentists.
He plans every case himself, and seven of the nurses at his own practice have chosen to be treated by him, which is the review he is proudest of. He will also tell you when a smaller plan, or no treatment at all, is the better answer.
Leave your number and treatment coordinator Ellie rings you back. Between you, you work out what you actually need, and nothing is booked until you want it to be.
