“I got into this for confidence, not for perfect teeth”

Some people arrive genuinely excited about changing their smile. Plenty of others have been putting the same conversation off for years, and half expect to be told off when they finally have it. So I talk to my patients the way I would talk to a friend: what is actually going on, what your options are, what each one really involves, and what I would do in your position.

That is the part I care about. Not the photographs, not the case that wins something. You understanding your own teeth well enough to make the decision yourself, and leaving with a smile you are not thinking about any more. Confidence is the point. The dentistry is just how we get there.

Cosmetic dentistry It's what Cameron Bagry is known for

His most requested treatments in Telford. The full list sits under cosmetic solutions.

Composite bonding

Chips, worn edges and small gaps reshaped, usually in a single appointment.

Composite bonding

Invisalign

Straightening first often means far less building up afterwards, and less tooth removed.

Invisalign

Prep-less veneers

A bigger change in shape and shade, with as little tooth removed as the case allows.

Prep-less veneers

Smile makeovers

A plan built around your face and your bite, not a template.

Cosmetic consultation

Start with fifteen minutes with treatment coordinator Ellie for £20, where you talk through your options, take photographs and get a mock-up for bonding. If you already know what you want, go straight to the £150 clinical assessment with Cameron. Both fees are credited against your treatment.

Nothing removed to make a sale easier

Prep-less does not always mean no preparation. How much you need can only be confirmed after a clinical assessment, and you will hear it straight.

The teeth you keep matter more than the ones he adds to.

“I will never sell you treatment you do not need”

Most people arrive expecting to be sold the biggest version. What they get instead is the smallest plan that gets them where they want to be, in the order that removes the least tooth, with the honest limits said out loud.

Enamel does not grow back, so he cares more about the teeth you keep than the material he adds. Straighten first, whiten next, add as little as possible, and it lasts longer.

Six reasons, all checkable

Patients keep coming back, and keep sending their friends. These are our six best guesses why, and every one of them is something you can hold him to.

Picked to teach bonding by one of its pioneers

Totally Composite, one of the UK’s most respected bonding courses, asked him to be a clinical tutor. You get the technique other dentists are travelling to learn.

Trained past the degree, twice over

A postgraduate diploma in cosmetic and restorative dentistry and a diploma in minimally invasive dentistry, so the plan is built to protect the teeth you already have.

Shortlisted three times in his first year

Shortlisted at the Probe Awards, for Young Dentist of the Year, and at the Private Dentistry Awards, judged by the profession rather than bought with advertising.

Longer appointments, on purpose

Nothing is rushed and no question is too small, so you make the decision with everything explained rather than half of it.

More like visiting a friend than a dentist

He talks to you like a friend, shows you what he can see, and never makes anyone feel judged for what they have been putting off.

Twelve-month warranty on all cosmetic work

Extendable to five years, because he did not want anyone left on their own in month thirteen.

Word travels, and it keeps ending up here

Cameron played academy football himself, and did not get the contract. He finds it quietly funny that he now looks after the teeth of people who did.

Arjan Raikhy

Midfielder, Boston United. Came through the Aston Villa academy, won the FA Youth Cup, and played for Leicester City. Born in Wolverhampton and went to school in Telford, so he was never going far for a dentist.

Kevin Berkoe

Left wing-back, Shrewsbury Town. Twenty minutes up the road, and a Shropshire crowd that notices a smile.

DJ Simz

DJ and podcaster, with more than 300,000 followers on TikTok alone. She travelled from London, which is the part Cameron still cannot quite get over.

None of them were sent here by an advert. They were told about him by somebody who had already been, which is how almost everyone ends up in this chair.

Design your own smile

A smile makeover here starts as a design, not a drill. Cameron builds it around your face, prints it, and fits it so you can wear your new smile and change your mind before anything is permanent.

One plan, built for one face

Teeth straightening, teeth whitening, composite bonding and veneers can all form part of a smile makeover. Based on your own goals, Cameron builds a completely customised treatment plan for you.

You wear it home before you commit to it

Your design is printed as a trial smile and fitted so you can eat, talk and show people. Shape and shade get changed at that stage, not after something permanent has been made.

The truth about prep-less veneers

Prep-less veneers are one of the things Dr Cameron Bagry is asked for most. Minimal preparation does not always mean no preparation, and how much is needed can only be confirmed after a clinical assessment.

Four steps, and a phone call from a real person

There is no online diary here on purpose. You leave your number, treatment coordinator Ellie rings you, and from there we will tailor the appointment to what you actually need. Both consultation fees are credited against treatment.

Ellie calls you back

She is a qualified dental nurse. She asks what is bothering you and works out the right appointment.

A consultation, or straight to the assessment

Fifteen minutes with Ellie to talk options, or straight to a full clinical assessment with Cameron if you already know what you want.

Your plan, decided in your own time

Cameron designs the plan himself and talks you through it. You go home with it. Nobody chases you.

Ellie, treatment coordinator

Meet Ellie, your treatment coordinator

Ellie is a qualified dental nurse and your dedicated treatment coordinator, and she is the person who will call you back. She has had treatment with him herself, so if you want to ask what it is actually like, ask her.

She will not diagnose anything or push you towards a treatment. That is not her job and it is not how this works.

What it costs, honestly

Cosmetic treatment is a real amount of money and nobody likes a website that hides from it. Finance is available through Chrysalis, both consultation fees are credited against treatment, and a fixed figure follows the clinical assessment rather than a guess from a photograph.

Every from-price sits on one page, so you can look before you ring.

And if something goes wrong

Cosmetic work carries a twelve month warranty as standard, and Cameron extended it to five years because he did not want anyone stuck in month thirteen. He stands behind his work, and he is still there long after the treatment itself is finished.

The questions patients actually ask us in Telford

If yours is not here, ask treatment coordinator Ellie when she rings, or call us. Nobody minds.

Request a consultation →Send us a message

Fair question, and the honest answer is a sequence rather than a number. Cameron was a foundation dentist last year. Since then he has completed a postgraduate diploma in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, a diploma in minimally invasive dentistry, been shortlisted at the Probe Awards, for Young Dentist of the Year and at the Private Dentistry Awards, and been asked to teach composite alongside Monik Vasant. Seven of the nurses at his own practice have chosen to be treated by him.

No. He is a cosmetic and restorative dentist, and he is not on the GDC specialist list. He is an Invisalign provider, which covers mild to moderate cases, and complex orthodontic cases are referred to someone who should be doing them.

That is more or less his position. Straightening teeth first often means less drilling and less material later, and where doing less gets the same result, that is what he will recommend.

No, and you would not be the first to ask. A good number of Cameron's patients arrive having not seen a dentist in years, and most of them come because somebody who felt exactly the same way told them to go and see Cam. That is where almost all of his work comes from: people who were dreading it, found it easier than they expected, and then sent a friend.

He talks to patients the way he would talk to a friend. What is actually going on, what your options are, what each one really involves, and what he would do if he were sitting where you are. Nobody gets a "telling off" about flossing, and whatever you tell him, he has heard it before.
