A smile makeover here starts as a design, not a drill. Cameron plans it around your face, your bite and what you actually want, prints it as a trial smile, and fits it so you can change your mind before anything is permanent.
The cheapest and most conservative smile makeover is almost always the one that takes the longest.
A typical plan might be a few months of Invisalign to bring the teeth into line, then whitening to settle the shade, then a small amount of composite bonding or a handful of prep-less veneers right at the end to finish the shapes. Each step makes the next one smaller. Skip the first two and the last one has to do all the work, which means more porcelain, more preparation and more of your own tooth gone for good.
Teeth that are crowded, rotated or leaning
Gaps, including the one between the two front teeth
Edges that have chipped or worn shorter over the years
Teeth that are different lengths or noticeably asymmetric
A shade you have never been happy with
A gum line that sits unevenly, or shows more than you would like
Old bonding, veneers or fillings that no longer match
And what it cannot change, said plainly: it will not make you look like somebody else, and it should not. The aim is a smile that suits your face well enough that people cannot tell you have had anything done.
The order it is done in
Straight, then shade, then shape. Every step done in that order makes the next one smaller.
You approve it before it is permanent
The design is printed as a trial smile and fitted. Shape and shade get changed at that stage, not after.
The gums are part of the design
Sometimes the teeth are fine and the gum line is the thing making them look wrong. That gets planned in.
The bite is planned, not ignored
A beautiful set of front teeth that the bite is fighting will not survive. The restorative training matters here.
One person is responsible
No handing off between an aligner provider and a cosmetic dentist, and nothing lost in between.
It is protected afterwards
Usually a nightguard, and a twelve-month warranty that can be extended to five years.
Months, not weeks
Needs maintenance, eventually replacement
Preparation, where it happens, is not reversible
Grinding gets treated as part of the plan
Whitening only lightens what's already there
Ask for a callback
Simply fill in your name, phone number, and email and a treatment coordinator will call you back.
Ellie calls you back
A short conversation about what you would like to change, and which appointment actually fits.
Design, then trial smile
Photographs, an iTero scan and a facial assessment, then a design printed and fitted so you can live with it before deciding.
Your plan, then treatment in stages
Written, sequenced and priced. You go home with it, and nobody chases you.
A makeover is priced as a plan rather than a single treatment, because it depends entirely on which steps your case needs and how many teeth are involved. Every from-price sits on one page, finance is available through Chrysalis, and both consultation fees come off your treatment.

Cameron is a cosmetic and restorative dentist in Telford.
Trained beyond the degree, twice over
He holds a postgraduate diploma in cosmetic and restorative dentistry and a diploma in minimally invasive dentistry.
Clinical tutor for Totally Composite
Totally Composite, one of the UK’s most respected bonding courses, asked him to be a clinical tutor teaching the technique to other dentists.
Chosen by his own team
He plans every case himself, and seven of the nurses at his own practice have chosen to be treated by him, which is the review he is proudest of.
Tells you when not to treat
He will also tell you when a smaller plan, or no treatment at all, is the better answer.
If yours is not here, ask treatment coordinator Ellie when she rings, or call us. Nobody minds.
Not if it is designed properly. The trial smile exists precisely so you can see the shape and shade on your own face and say if it is too much, before anything permanent is made. Cameron does not use the same design for every patient, and most people want something that nobody can point at.
If alignment is part of it, usually a few months. Whitening adds around two weeks. The bonding or porcelain at the end is a small part of the timeline. If you have a wedding or an event, tell Ellie the date at the first call and Cameron will tell you honestly whether there is enough time, rather than rushing your care to hit it.
It depends on your smile line, how many teeth show when you smile and talk, and how the treated teeth will blend with the ones either side. Sometimes six is right and sometimes two is. It is a clinical decision, not a package, and Cameron will explain the reasoning rather than just giving you a number.
That is what the trial smile is for. You wear the design home, eat with it, talk with it and show people whose opinion you care about. Changes to shape and shade happen at that stage, when they cost nothing but time.
Alignment and whitening are. Bonding is largely additive. Where porcelain veneers need any preparation, that part is not reversible, and Cameron will tell you exactly what is proposed for your teeth before you agree to it.
Most of it is done under local anaesthetic and most people find it more straightforward than they expected. Aligners can feel tight for a day or two after a change, and whitening can cause temporary sensitivity. If dental appointments are difficult for you, say so when Ellie rings.
There is no guaranteed figure and anyone offering one is guessing. Composite commonly needs attention around the five to seven year mark, porcelain generally lasts longer, and both depend on your bite, your habits and how well you look after them. A nightguard where one is recommended makes a real difference. Cosmetic work carries a twelve-month warranty as standard, and the cosmetic warranty plan extends that to five years.
Leave your number and treatment coordinator Ellie rings you back. Between you, you work out what you actually need, and nothing is booked until you want it to be.
